Overview of HDS

HDS Law Firm (“HDS”) was established by Lawyer Doan Minh Duc and associates. With a team of lawyers with over 15 years of experience in providing legal advice in several fields, HDS has been asserting itself as one of the leading prestigious law firms in Vietnam, trusted by domestic and foreign clients.

The process of establishment and development

• On April 13, 2007, the predecessor company of HDS Law Firm, IPIC Investment and Intellectual Property Consulting Company was established and officially put into operation.
• On December 13, 2018, HDS Law Firm was officially granted an operating license by the Hanoi Department of Justice.
• In 2020, HDS Law Firm was recognized by the National Office of Intellectual Property to operate as an Intellectual Property Representative Organization in Vietnam with the IP representative number 263 according to Decision No. 3853/QD - IP.

The support of a team of Lawyers and Legal executives with extensive practical experience and expertise has helped HDS operate professionally, reliably, and effectively in all fields of domestic and foreign legal advice.
